Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
